Ruri Tanigawa, a high school girl who loves all things sparkly, thinks, “Maybe I can find some too!” and heads into the mountains in search of crystals.
There, she meets Nagi Arato, a graduate student majoring in mineralogy, and the two begin collecting minerals together.
Sometimes they trek mountain trails in search of quartz.
Other times, they wade into rivers to gather garnets.
And at times, they peer through microscopes at unfamiliar minerals—
Guided by Nagi, Ruri dives headfirst into the fascinating world of mineral collecting.
“I can find them too— I know I can.”
A dream we've all had at some point.
