Mito Yamamoto, a strikingly handsome man, draws daily attention from women at the restaurant where he works. However, when the owner decides he's had enough, Mito finds himself suddenly unemployed and homeless.
Fortuitously, Mito stumbles upon a café where he sustains a hand injury. Taken aback, a peculiar man named Ruka Saotome tends to his wound in an unconventional manner, revealing himself to be a vampire. Ruka, intrigued by Mito's taste, proposes an unusual arrangement: Mito, unaware of his own gender, agrees to become Ruka's thrall, living with him at the Hijirigaoka Boys' Academy dormitory.
Unbeknownst to Ruka, Mito is actually a girl, setting the stage for a captivating tale of deception and forbidden affection.
