The phantom thief known as the Queen always steals her target without fail. That is the nature of the Phantom Thief Queen!
Her gender, age, and nationality remain a mystery. Together with her partner Joker and RD, she freely travels the world aboard the airship Turbadour.
One day, Queen receives a challenge from Satchmo Wilson, the president of Satchmo Inc.
He claims to have received a warning from Queen, stating she plans to steal the jewel "Imperial Sapphire," which is owned by Satchmo.
However, this is actually a trap set by Satchmo to exact revenge on Queen due to past grievances.
Fully aware of this, Queen accepts Satchmo’s invitation, disguises herself, and boards the luxurious cruise ship Royal Satchmo with Joker. They set sail for a "elegant vacation"…
