When one gazes at the sky, what visions arise? A cerulean expanse? Notions of freedom or a promising future? Not for the denizens of Tokyo. Instead, an ominous alien mothership casts a shadow over the city's skyline.
Three years ago, the "Invaders" arrived, instigating the most formidable war humanity had ever confronted - a conflict with the potential to bring about the world's end. The Japanese government hastily mobilized against the Invaders, leading to the mass production of weapons and sparking controversy as pacifist movements gained momentum.
Since that fateful day, everything has changed, and yet, in some respects, nothing has. Kadode Koyama and Ouran Nakagawa continue their daily routines, attending school, enjoying time with friends, and embracing the carefree spirit of high school girls. As they navigate the transition to adulthood, they grapple with the realization that, in a world where adults appear as deceiving demons, the true menace to humanity may not be the Invaders but humanity itself.
