Salaried office worker Takuma Kosugi, who has no time for household chores, purchases a household robot named "Mina" from a recycling shop. Prompted by Takuma's casual proposal, "Will you marry me?" Mina begins to act in ways not programmed into her. Utilizing her functions to the fullest, Mina strives to be as much of a "wife" as possible. Takuma, in turn, begins to develop a sense of responsibility as a husband. Does Mina truly lack "emotions"? This is a heartfelt story of the bond between a human and a robot, as "two individuals less than a couple" work towards building a married life together!
