The academy holds an impromptu lottery for the student council president, and through a stroke of outrageous luck, Tomohiro finds himself randomly selected! Suddenly, he’s the center of attention, and rumors about him begin to spread. With no escape from this situation, Tomohiro turns to his advisor to help him gather trustworthy allies.
However, none of the candidates his advisor proposes—his classmate Kano, his underclassman Asumi, or even his little sister Hiyori—are showing up at school! Amid the chaos, the elusive former president, Shio, who has always been unreachable, makes an unexpected appearance...!
