At the town's chiropractic salon, "Smiley Boar," Naoe Tomoatsu finds himself assigned to a suspicious client one day, wearing a knit cap and sunglasses. To his surprise, the woman with unusually protruding ears hidden under the cap turns out to be an elf from another world!!
Naoe, tasked with assisting the chubby elf Erufta-san with her diet, gets entangled in the chaotic troubles of the otherworldly beings residing in Japan!! Will Erufta-san, enchanted by fried potatoes, be able to slim down!? And so begins the comedic journey of the chubby elf's diet!!
