Leon S. Kennedy, an operative of the D.S.O., embarks on a daring mission to save Dr. Antonio Taylor from his captors. However, his pursuit is unexpectedly hindered by the intervention of a mysterious woman. Simultaneously, Chris Redfield, an agent of the B.S.A.A., is assigned to investigate a perplexing zombie outbreak in San Francisco.
The source of the infection remains elusive, as the affected individuals share a common thread—they have all recently visited Alcatraz Island. In light of this lead, Chris and his team venture to the infamous island, only to encounter a new, terrifying menace lying in wait.
