The setting is 1989. Following the upheaval of Hinomoto during a past global conflict, the resurgence of new technologies has sparked its revival. Contemporary engineering has given birth to airplanes, gasoline engines, and geomagnetic innovations, leading to a revolution in transportation. The conventional railroads have been overshadowed by more efficient means of movement.
Yet, a vibrant cohort known as the "RailLords" aspires to resurrect the former grandeur of the railways. These spirited "RailLords," embodied as lively and enthusiastic young women, serve as human-like control units for their designated rail networks. Convening in Ohitoyo City for the RailLord Summit, under the leadership of Suzushiro from Manoka Railways, this group leverages their collective synergy to restore the prominence of railroads, inaugurating a fresh era of railway advancement.
